Lasting Eyes?




Have you thought about supplementing specifically for the eyes? I have had years of constant eye problems until I chose to increase some additional nutrients that could be helpful. Some of these were a good source of antioxidants and are great for your skin and over all health. Having a hard time getting your antioxidants from foods. Here are some great supplements.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine - I had never used this in the past & purchased for fat loss. Wow great overall benefits
CoQ10 or Ubiquinol - Another great item I added to my list of supplements. This is also great topically and is in some professional skincare products.

Zinc
Carotenoids - These are great for everything.

Lets not forget our Omega-3 fatty so many benefits for the whole body
All of these are great and have benefits for the whole body. We don’t have sunscreen for the eye but we can block it with a fabulous pair of sunglasses. Just like your topical sun protection ensure your sunglasses block UVA & UVB Rays.
